Twenty five inches is the height that decides whether a fire table earns its space. Sit down and the flame is right there at hand level, close enough to warm a drink and low enough to talk across. This square 30 in table lands exactly there, with fifty thousand Btu rising through a bed of decorative lava rocks. The finish does a lot of quiet work. A ceramic top surrounds the burner and simulated rattan stripes wrap the sides, so during daylight this is simply a handsome black coffee table on the patio. Come evening it becomes the reason everyone stays outside another hour. A sturdy steel frame under all of it keeps the sixty one pounds planted.Practical details are handled rather than improvised. A magnetic door hides the cylinder compartment and clicks shut on its own, adjustable foot pads take up the slope of an old patio, a Csa certified regulator and Etl certified table cover the gas side, and a weather resistant Pvc cover protects everything between uses. Assembly is short, and the instructions walk through it step by step.
