Sized for a small shower stall, this 19-inch teak bench takes up a 19" x 12.5" footprint yet still carries a 330 lb rating on a seat that stands 17.5" high. A slatted second tier beneath the seat keeps a bottle of body wash, a razor, and a folded washcloth off the wet floor. Slats on both levels let water drain straight through, and the solid teak is sealed with a water-based finish that stands up to daily steam and spray, left in its warm natural color. The maker notes it can double as a shower stool, a shoe bench, a sofa side table, or an end-of-bed shelf, so it earns its place even in a bathroom with a built-in seat. Wipe it down with a damp cloth and it is ready to use; the package includes one shower bench.
