Selected acacia builds every frame in this four piece group, with no metal tube and no plastic weave, just sealed hardwood braced by reinforced cross bars behind the seats. The 48.5 inch loveseat carries 720 lbs and each 26.5 inch chair 360 lbs, figures that come from the timber rather than a steel skeleton. Seat cushions are 3.5 inches thick and back cushions 2 inches, filled to a high density and strapped down so they do not creep forward. Covers unzip for washing. Seats sit 13 inches off the ground behind inclined backrests and shaped armrests. The 35.5 inch coffee table takes 165 lbs. Burr free and slow to warp, the wood keeps a natural tone that darkens gradually outdoors. All four pieces weigh 94 lbs and ship in 2 boxes.
