Six stainless steel pans at 1.6 litres each sit across the top of this display rack, holding toppings, condiments, garnishes or salad components in separate compartments so a buffet line does not cross-contaminate. Underneath them a 20 litre water holder takes hot water to keep dishes warm or ice and the three included freezer boxes to keep them cold, which lets the same unit run a hot service in the morning and a chilled one at lunch. Food-grade stainless steel resists impact, stains and the acids in dressings, and a clear lid keeps dust off while leaving the contents visible to a customer. Every part detaches for cleaning so the frame, pans and lid can be washed separately down to the corners. Each pan measures 7 by 6.4 by 4 inches and the assembled rack measures 21.5 by 14.4 by 12.2 inches at 9.3 pounds.
