Built as a giant avocado - green skin, pale flesh and a brown stone at the base that forms the private condo. The stone doubles as the entrance to the enclosed sleeping space, so the joke is also the floor plan. Jute scratching posts run the height, and pompoms with bells plus a spring toy hang from the platforms. The tower measures 23.5 x 23.5 x 62.5 in and weighs 59.5 lbs, heavy enough that a cat leaping between levels will not shift it. Engineered wood with fabric covering; a user guide is included.
