Stacking is the trick that lets four games occupy one 49-by-38-inch frame. Playing surfaces for billiards, hockey and table tennis lift on and off the foosball deck, so a game room that could only hold one table now holds the equivalent of four. The foosball layer itself measures 42 by 24 inches, and the finished unit stands 32.5 inches high, a comfortable working height for adults standing and for children reaching in. MDF panels with metal rods and PP handles bring it to 48.5 pounds, heavy enough that a hard shot does not shift the cabinet. Switching surfaces takes seconds and no tools, which keeps a party moving between rounds rather than stalling. Dormitories, offices and basement rec rooms all take it without a dedicated games room.
