Twist the valve open and this pad draws in air on its own, reaching a full 4-in of loft in a couple of minutes with no pump and no lung work. An open-cell sponge core does the lifting, then squeezes flat again once the valve is reopened for packing. At 81-in by 29-in it leaves a tall adult room to stretch out, and the 330-lb rating covers a sleeper plus a dog curled at the feet. A waterproof TPU shell blocks ground damp through a tent floor, wipes clean of mud, and rolls into the 38-in bag at 6.6 lb of packed weight.
