Four functional areas share a compact 26.5 x 17.5 x 101 in footprint in this floor to ceiling cat tree, giving cats vertical territory while conserving floor space. A 3-level height range and manual lever with 0-3.5 in fine-tuning help the top post brace firmly against ceilings of different heights. The lower 21 x 17.5 x 16.5 in cabinet hides a litter box to help reduce tracking and contain smells, while the condo with faux linen fabric and a padded cushion offers a breathable, cushioned retreat. Fully wrapped sisal posts and two 13.5-in platforms with non-slip mats and a sisal rope support each 22-lb layer and encourage scratching, jumping, and climbing.
