Printed artwork across the shell is what children notice first, and it also makes the case easy to pick out on a baggage rack. The ABS suitcase measures 18 by 12 by 8.5 inches, enough for several days of clothes plus books, and a zippered side pocket separates wet swimwear or a snack box. Its 4 rolling wheels and pull handle let a child manage the case without help through a terminal or a school corridor. The 13 by 9.5 by 5 inch backpack matches and carries what needs to stay close: tablet, headphones, a water bottle. Both pieces use 2-way zippers that open from either end, and together they weigh 5 lbs.
