Plaza Las Americas has wheelchairs available for our customers, courtesy of Triple-S. They can be borrowed at the Customer Service Center located on the 1st Level - Grand Court. Present an official photo identification and sign a release of responsibility. Upon returning the wheelchair, our customer service representatives will return your identification. (Not offered currently due to COVID.)
Plaza Las Americas offers adult changing stations in both family restrooms; conveniently located on the 1st Level South mall bathrooms; and on the 3rd Level in the "La Terraza" food court bathrooms.
Video Relay Service empowers deaf people to place VRS calls to anyone and have a conversation in real time, with the help of an ASL interpreter. Available on the 1st Level by the Customer Service Center at Grand Court.
